Al-Azhar Matrouh leaders congratulate Dr. Amr Al-Masry on his appointment as university president.

Dr. Amr El-Masry, Acting President of Matrouh University, received today, Tuesday, at the university's presidency headquarters, His Eminence Sheikh Attia Salem, Head of the Central Administration of Matrouh Al-Azhar Region, Professor Mahmoud Al-Halabi, Director General of Cultural Sciences in the region, and His Eminence Sheikh Saber Al-Sharqawi, Director of the Quran Affairs Department.
The visit was to congratulate Dr. Amr El-Masry on the issuance of the decision by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ayman Ashour, appointing him as Acting President of Matrouh University. They wished him continued success in his national mission to lead the university, emphasizing the importance of joint cooperation between the university and the Al-Azhar Region in serving the community and developing religious and cultural awareness among students.
For his part, Dr. Amr El-Masry expressed his thanks and appreciation for this generous gesture, praising the vital role played by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in consolidating Egyptian values and identity, and affirming his constant welcome to cooperate with all institutions that serve the people of Matrouh.
